MANUFACTURING

The best manufacturers know that efficiencies start with a design for manufacturing (DFM) approach. When all stakeholders collaborate at the beginning of a project to optimize the design, the result is a higher quality and lower cost outcome. Chrisanntha’s Design/Build approach follows the same principles and brings comparable benefits to our Manufacturing Building projects.

Optimized from the Onset

Chrisanntha is an expert in the Design/Build model that helps identify and address issues early to avoid cost and time overruns. Assembling a team of key stakeholders early in the process maximizes efficiency. This approach also provides value engineering as we can explore innovative design solutions to meet specific requirements for your project. It is our Design/Build approach and relevant experience that makes Chrisanntha a best value source for our Manufacturing customers.

Multi-use Facility Design

Manufacturing designs often include very diverse use requirements such as intimate office and conference space in the same build as large span manufacturing space with bridge crane systems. Chrisanntha can help you seamlessly include all of your necessary functional requirements into an attractive and cohesive design.

Pre-engineered elements for cost savings

Manufacturing builds provide an ideal opportunity to take advantage of pre-engineered metal building and structural components, such as clear span, modular or mixed module framing systems. Chrisanntha uses numerous sources to secure the best price for our customers. In one instance, a customer opted for a Butler Building Structural System and realized a 15% cost savings over conventional construction methods. Using pre-engineered elements can also shorten the project timeline for additional savings.

Site Constraint Solutions

Chrisanntha has extensive experience navigating site constraints and finding innovative solutions. From poor soil, challenging terrain, and stormwater considerations Chrisanntha’s in-house site preparation work gives us greater control and flexibility to overcome site constraints with minimal impact on the timeline or budget

Manufacturing projects can come in many different sizes and configurations. All require an experienced partner who can consolidate your needs into a cost-effective design, development and delivery. We invite you to view our gallery of success stories and call us to discuss your project.
