CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial, accounting and payroll as well as some human resources activities. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of accounting and job costing
-Responsible for monthly and year-end financial statements.
-Balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial statement accuracy.
-Monitor and project cash flow.
-Liaison with 3rd party payroll company and banks.
-Work with outside accountants for CPA prepared financials and tax returns.
-Prepare operating budgets.
-Manage intercompany transactions.
-Oversee accounts payable and payroll.
-Ensure compliance with all applicable agencies and all relevant regulations.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred.
-Minimum 2 years accounting experience in a supervisory level accounting role.
-Experienced with P&L’s, balance sheet reconciliations, AP, AR, job costing and GL postings.
-Understanding of construction revenue recognition and performance obligations.
-High level of integrity.

-Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Office, Word).
-Construction accounting software experience.
