Once again, the Design/Build process proves to be the most economical and fastest approach for our clients. Not only is our client happy with his new facility, they are also impressed with the way the job was managed. The Building was Value Engineered at the beginning of the design phase which saved the owner $50,000. Our client also comes from outside of New York with a need to track the building progress. Chrisanntha was happy to do so with our online technical services. Chrisanntha was able to provide up to date statuses and schedule tracking throughout the building process.

A tough rainy spring, clay soils, and a large site was a challenge that Chrisanntha was able to tackle with ease. Although this hindered schedule, Chrisanntha worked over time during weather permitting windows for the same GMAX price.
