This 25,000 SF manufacturing facility was a Design/Build project that was needed in a hurry as the owner’s previous facility had major fire damage and was unusable, from design to occupancy in a little under six months.

The building incorporates a 5-ton bridge crane running the entire length for ease of manufacturing process. The office is a two story blend of different functions for both engineering and employee services.
