When West Herr purchased East Syracuse Chevy in January of 2022 it was in need of an interior overhaul. Chrisanntha was called to devise a plan to renovate the entire showroom, customer waiting lounge, bathrooms, and admin offices while they remained operational. 

We split the 11,900sf space into six phases to ensure we never once interrupted their day-to-day business operations. The project was completed in 7 months and stayed on schedule. They now have an up-to-date showroom and customer lounge to better serve their clients.
