Nestled in the town of Auburn, under the same ownership of Prison City Brewery, The Armory 1859 was created. With our design-build process and working closely with the owner we designed a truly, one-of-a-kind Speakeasy.

Auburn NY had a succession of military armories throughout the 19th century. Dill and State Street Armory (1859-1873) was the first dedicated armory building in the city! The owner of The Armory 1859 wanted to keep the military heritage close while creating a themed prohibition-era experience with a modernized feel.
