When Matthews Auto Group purchased the Fuccilo Hyundai in Rochester they needed a local partner to update their facility to the current Hyundai standards. After a few options of drawings were presented, we went through budgeting on both options and it was determined that full interior and exterior renovations were the best fit. With an end-of-calendar year deadline from Hyundai, we started construction in April of 2023 and came up with a phasing plan to keep them fully operational while we completed construction in different areas of the building. Construction was completed on the 23,000sf facility in December of 2023 without any significant impact to the dealership's business.
