At first, we had plans to build a large tunnel site and decommission the existing aluminum kit wash that remains. After extensive back and forth with the residents and city planning board, the owner decided to focus on upgrading his current facility. We were tasked on handling the addition and site renovation to include an all-concrete parking lot (which we self-performed). 

 

The only way to ensure a proper wash with an existing space is to completely remove the slab and old trench drain. We decommissioned the wash down to the shell and upgraded the facility to the new Auto Wash Standards.
