When Friendly purchased D’Amico Chrysler Dodge Ram & Jeep we knew an upgrade to the building would be the next step. After a few meetings, it was apparent that the best course of action was to raise the building and start brand new. The challenges with the existing structure did not allow for the ceiling heights they required. With a winter start and a winter finish, the new 27,866 square ft. Friendly CDR+J building was operational prior to 2024.

We are excited to see their future growth and continue to serve their growing needs.
