Our first Tunnel Car Wash was built in 2016 on a busy street and heavily wooded lot. Our site team was able to handle all aspects of the civil design needs and more. The key ingredient to success is planning your underground layout accordingly. We constantly communicated with the owner’s equipment reps to ensure all landing spots were coordinated and correct. 

 

Our MEP subcontractors provided the design and build for this project. Again, coordination is key, at the end of the day, equipment, reclaim systems, spot free rinse water, boilers, air lines, landed based on the owner’s needs.  

 

We were proud to be part of the overall design and of course built that lead to multiple locations!
