A Design-Build renovation and addition was possible due to team planning and option review of materials. Chrisanntha was brought in by recommendation of the architect to facilitate MEP Design Assist and dictate the architectural designs based on the allocated dollars dedicated towards the project. Value Engineering played a significant role throughout the planning process to maximize square footage and optimize interior needs. Work was completed safely, timely, and on budget.
