At 112,500 SF, this five room, individually controlled Freezer/Cold storage facility with multimodal access was exactly the Design/Build solution Leonard’s needed to expand their Cold Storage operations. 


Specialized construction techniques were an integral part of this unique facility, 14 “drive-thru” load docks for food safety, under slab hyper insulation and permafrost prevention mechanicals, high-speed cooler doors, negative 30-degree chilling capacity with unique structural applications for thermal considerations along with state-of-the-art digital control and remote monitoring.
