I would like to take this opportunity to express my satisfaction with the performance of Chrisanntha Construction Corporation in the Design/Build of our new 270,000 square foot distribution center.

Even though the building site is presented several unusual challenges. Chrisanntha Construction was extremely easy to work with in resolving the many complicated issues that arose. The project was managed professionally, built with quality materials and competent tradesmen, and was completed on schedule and within budget.

The Design/Build concept used on this project resulted in significant cost and time savings as compared to the more traditional Design/Bid/Build concept. I have no reservations in recommending a Chrisanntha Design/Build, and plan on using it again as the need arises.
