On behalf of Synthes (USA), I would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for the great job done by your company on the construction of our new facility. We are impressed by the way you and your team were able to deal with the many changes we incorporated into the design of our building. You and your team have been very professional and straightforward with us since our first meeting with you and this continues to this day. We all know that a contract with a builder is only as good as the builder and this project worked more like a partnership thanks to the great team from Chrisanntha.

All new buildings have problems, but this one has the shortest punch list I have ever seen and your team is taking care of all our concerns one-by-one, based on our schedule and needs. We are confident that all the issues on our punch list will be addressed until we are happy with the results. We made many changes to adapt our new building to our changing business needs. Most of these changes were incorporated "on-the-run" and the Chrisanntha team never complained, they just found out what we wanted, put a plan together and got the job done.

Early in our project, we asked Chrisanntha to help us incorporate enough value engineering into our project to get a new overall cost. We were impressed with how quickly Chrisanntha was able to re-engineer our project and still maintain all of the quality and features we needed in our building.

A builder along with their subcontractors and project managers can make or break any construction project and this is where Chrisanntha really stands out as a construction company. Synthes was impressed by the dedication shown by lloyd Rockwell, Mark Enos and the subcontractors in getting the job done correctly and on time. This can only be accomplished through good relationships between the builder, their subcontractors and the customer.
