Tom has more than 30 years experience in construction, including carpentry and superintendent skills, and more than 10 with Chrisanntha.
Tom has completed ABC's safety training at Clemson University. Tom has successfully pursued and maintained our Experience Modifier Rating (EMR) of .91 under New York State Workman's Compensation. Accordingly, his primary duties at Chrisanntha are those of General Superintendent/Safety Coordinator. This role makes him responsible for coordinating daily activities with job site superintendents and ensuring that all safety procedures and budgets are implemented.
Tom is also formally trained and has held positions as a Code Enforcement Officer (Building Inspector), has served twice as Mayor of his Village, is president of his local Fire Department, and recently participated in the Platinum Partnership with OSHA.
